Groundworks

Groundwork involves several key steps to prepare a site effectively. This includes clearing the area of any obstructive materials, ensuring proper drainage to manage water flow, breaking up piles of materials like rocks, and paving the ground as necessary.

Reinforced Concrete Frame

In concrete framework construction, the process starts with installing reinforcement bars (rebar) for structural strength. Formwork, also known as shuttering, is then set up to create molds for pouring concrete. Once the rebar and formwork are ready, concrete is poured into the molds, encapsulating the reinforcement bars. This process ensures the resulting structure is sturdy and capable of withstanding various loads.

Basment & Waterproving

The basement construction process entails excavating soil to the desired basement level and implementing drainage systems. Reinforcement steel bars are then installed to bolster the structural integrity of the basement walls. Additionally, waterbars are incorporated to prevent water infiltration, ensuring the basement remains dry and secure.
